Lady Trojan’s Season Opener Ends in Defeat

The Varsity Lady Trojans came out strong and played hard at their season’s opener on Tuesday, Sept. 15^th at home against Oroville considering this was the first varsity experience for 5 out of the 6 players and having two new first year varsity coaches, Tara Janet and Shana Beazley . Hailey Ellsworth who is a junior, is the only returning varsity player this year. The Lady Trojans won one of the four games with Oroville taking the match.

Coach Beazley shares, “We plan on working hard at practice on the little kinks before our next match at Liberty Bell against the Mountain Lions on Saturday, Sept. 19^th. Game time is at 11:00 a.m. We are very proud of these girls for playing tough. Thank you for your support to the Lady Trojans”.
