The Lady Goats hosted the Cashmere Bulldogs in their last home match of the season on Thursday evening and came away with a three game win 25-14,25-19, 25-20.

Chelan travels to Leavenworth to begin its first round of League playoffs at Cascade High School. On Tuesday, Chelan will meet Cashmere again at 6 p.m. If Chelan wins, they will play the winner of Omak/Cascade game on Thursday, November 6 at Cascade High School. According to Coach Hendricks, the team has to win on Tuesday to continue play in league post season play. “If we lose, our season is done,” said Hendricks. There is only one team out of the CTL going to the State Finals, so if Chelan wins Tuesday and plays on Thursday, they would have to win again to go to the State Tournament.

Against the Lady Bulldogs, the girls put together a coordinated attack that included good back row defense against the kill and great offense across the net. “They played hard tonight,” said coach Donene Hendricks.
