Goat Varsity Hurlers lose a double header to Okanogan's Bulldogs by scores of 1-3 and 2-3.  The losses puts significant pressure on the boys to have opportunity to play in the post-season.

GoLakeChelan's Dave Rogge was at Goat's baseball field to watch the Chelan Goats take on the Okanogan Bulldogs.  You will find some interviews of Jim Burbury and his senior players along with one of the Goats outstanding players, Aaron Schramm.  As for the games, Chelan created several errors in the first game.  These errors created time for the Okanogan bats to warm up and give Okanogan an opportunity to score.  In each of the games, the pitchers performed well giving up minimal hits.  Unfortunately the Goats never really got on track with their bats.  They did however come out in the 1st inning of the second game, Chelan's bats warmed enough to give the Goats a chance to strike first, leading 1-0 at the end of 1st inning.  According to Coach Burbery, the Goats will need to win a couple this week and some of the other CTL teams to lose.  We will try to keep  you informed.
