Mandy Robison is only a JV player on  Chelan’s Tennis Team, but she is quite capable of stepping up to a Varsity role when her varsity teammates are not able to attend a match

Chelan fields a large tennis team

Chelan’s girls team went undefeated last year and on Wednesday, March 23, Coach Marty Rothlisberger said, “We are incredibly deep on the girls side. I think we are going to be pretty good again.”

On Wednesday, Chelan hosted the Wenatchee JV squad at Chelan Shores Resort. The teams didn’t keep statistics because the match was informal, non-league and a mix of JV and Varsity players.

Earlier in the week, Chelan played Entiat in a non-league match-up and both the boys and girls posted wins.
