By Richard Uhlhorn
The Okanogan Bulldogs tried gallantly to knock off the Chelan Goats in CTL League action, but a sustained 17-10 run in the fourth quarter by Chelan allowed them to win 53-45 in an exciting basketball game for fans of both teams.
Despite having numerous looks at the basket during the first quarter of play, Chelan was cold from the field. Some of this could be attributed to Okanogan’s aggressive defense during the first half that had the Bulldogs enjoying a 24-22 half-time lead at the buzzer.

Okanogan finally got back on the scoreboard, but it was to little to late and Chelan ended up winning this game going away.
