Chelan hosted teams from Okanogan and Cascade at the Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course on Tuesday, April 7. Both Chelan's boys and girls teams took team honors with the boys stroking 345 and the girls winning by default because the other two teams didn't have enough girls to qualify for a team score.
Dan Campbell was the medalist, stroking an 80 on the 18 hole course. He was followed closely by Okanogan's Cody Wells who was one stroke down at 81 and Ryan Price who had an 82. Cascade's Jon Scott stroked an 83.
On the girls side of the match, Daneijha Weigel and Sara Blixt tied for medalist honors for the Chelan team. Chelan's reigning state champion Kelli Bowers was not on hand for Tuesday's match.
Chelan will travel to the Alta Lake Golf Course for their next match on Wednesday, April 15.
