One more in the books for Chelan. This season has been a magical ride for our players, coaches, and fans.We knew coming into the Omak game that they were riding high. They had just beaten Okanogan soundly and had aspirations of doing the same to us.After the first half of play with Chelan up 27 - 7 we felt a little more comfortable and after the 3rd quarter ended the Goats had a comfortable lead 41 - 14.In the end a lot of young players got some time and the bell was rung signaling one more victory.
Chelan faces its toughest contest this coming Thursday night in Cashmere when the Goats and Bulldogs face off. The Bulldogs still own the shoe, but this team has a good chance of returning it to the Chelan Trophy Shelf this year.
