Cashmere trumps Chelan in close match
by Richard Uhlhorn
The Chelan boys tennis team lost to Cashmere 5-0 on Tuesday, April 22. “It could have easily been Chelan 3 and Cashmere 2,” reported Coach Marty Rothlisberger. “We lost all three singles match-ups in close three set matches. Not bad considering we were missing a state champion at the top of the line-up.”
Tyson McGuffin was visiting a college in Arizona and was not available for play.
