Taylor McClellan continues to make her presence felt on the basketball floor. Coming off the bench against Okanogan, Taylor put up six points, had four blocks, one steal and two rebounds to add to Chelan’s 52 points.
Lady Goats defeat Bulldogs 52-43

Chelan’s Lady Goats continued their winning ways against the Okanogan Bulldogs last Friday night extending their league record to 11-1 which kept them in a tie for first place in the Caribou Trail League with Brewster, who remains the only team to beat them this year in league play.
Alisha Love continued to play her game, pumping in 11 points to lead the Goats to the win. She also pulled down 10 rebounds, had seven assists and four steals on the night. Izzy Barth continues improve as she get over the ankle injury she suffered early in the season. She added six rebounds, eight points, one assist, two blocks and one steal to overall statistics.
Jamie Brunner lit up the boards with nine points and two rebounds after recovering from the flu. Sidney Austin was back on point with seven rebounds, seven points, three assists and one steal, but she had seven turnovers.
Taylor McClellan was excellent off the bench and continues to gain more confidence in her game as the season goes on. She will have a major impact off the bench for Chelan in post season play.
The girls head to Tonasket on Tuesday, February 5, to take on the Tigers and then on Friday, they will be at home for their final game before District play against the Lake Roosevelt Raiders.
